Online banking payment buttons
In our online store, you can pay with the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. The payment and financing service related to online banking is implemented by the Finnish company Paytrail Oyj (business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj buys the payment and accounts it to us. From the consumer's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment. Paytrail Oyj is Finland's largest online payment intermediary.
Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express
When you pay with a card, the transaction is created between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. Nearby online store acts as a marketer of products and services and handles possible complaints (info@nearby.fi). Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment, which also handles complaints regarding payment transactions. This is normal practice in card payments, and it has no practical meaning for the consumer. So you can buy online without worry in the same way as in a brick-and-mortar store.
Collector Invoice/Part Payment
You can pay for your purchases up to €5,000 with the Collector Invoice/Instalment service.
For the Collector Invoice, you always get an interest-free* payment period of at least 30 days and up to 60 days. The invoice is therefore due for payment only on the last day of the calendar month following the purchase date. (* Payment term interest is 0%, a €2.95 invoicing fee is added to the first invoice)
You can pay off the entire balance of the invoice on the due date or, if you wish, you can choose installments of 1-36 months. The installment payment starts automatically after you have paid the minimum installment amount indicated on the invoice. If you wish, you can also pay in larger installments or pay off the entire balance at once.
The installment interest is 1.6% per month, which corresponds to a nominal annual interest rate of 19.20%. An account management fee of €2.95 per month is added to the bill, in which case the effective annual interest calculated for a purchase of €1,000 is 21.3%.
When you choose Collector Invoice/Part Payment, you will always receive the products you ordered at home before paying for them. This brings flexibility and security to the processing of exchanges and returns.
Collector Invoice/Partial Payment can be used by a person who has reached the age of 18 and has impeccable credit. We do a credit check when ordering. Late payments and unpaid invoices will be charged a reminder fee of 5 euros and 1.6% monthly interest for the delayed period.
In order to be able to pay the invoice in installments and enter into an account credit agreement, you must pay the minimum amount by the due date of the invoice and sign a credit agreement with Collector Bank. See at ( oma.collector.fi ) how to sign.

Ordering from the online store
When you order from our online store, you have the option to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. You can ask for instructions on canceling a transaction at info@nearby.fi . Please note that in cosmetics, cleaning products and handicrafts, the right of cancellation is only valid for unopened, untried and unused products.
There is no right of return for gift cards and food products.
Order products by adding them to the shopping cart. Enter the requested contact information (fields marked with a star are mandatory) and if you want to send a gift, also fill in the recipient's contact information in the delivery address section. Accept your order and go to the checkout to pay for your purchases. If you have a gift card for our store, the code for the gift card is only entered at checkout, not in the shopping cart. Once you have paid for your order, it will be processed and you will no longer be able to make changes to it.
Delivery methods
We process orders in order of arrival as soon as possible - usually within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.
The delivery options are:
- Mail delivery, €3.50, 0-250g
- Parcel delivery, €6.90, 251g - 2kg
- Big package delivery, €9.90 2kg —>
You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped and is available for pickup. Please pick up your product as soon as possible after receiving the notification. Collection must be done within 7-14 days of the notification's arrival.
