SEES multipurpose and natural essential oils have landed in Kaarnavilla! A few drops on the SEES Aromatic stone or diffuser will spread the scent around.

Essential oils are available in four different scents: Tea tree, lavender, eucalyptus and lemon. All oils have their own characteristics.

Tea tree : Antiseptic tea tree essential oil is nature's own medicine that fights bacteria, viruses and fungi. Its warm, fresh and pleasant scent is a natural home freshener. Tea tree oil is said to also help in situations that require concentration, such as when studying or working. Also try it to help with a flu, as the scent should refresh and strengthen the feeling. Tea tree essential oil also acts as an excellent insect repellant and relieves the itching of mosquito bites.

Lavender : The lovely scent of lavender is good for the mind, it has a calming effect and is known to lower blood pressure. Lavender balances the fluctuations of the mind and thereby harmonizes the whole body. Try lavender essential oil to help you fall asleep by adding a few drops to the corner of the pillowcase, or spray the sheets all over with a mixture: 1dl of water and 20 drops of oil. Shake before use, as the oil does not mix with water. It also works in the sauna when thrown into the stove with lukewarm water. If you mix a few drops of lavender oil with a neutral soap or skin oil, you can create a fragrant soap, skin or massage oil or natural perfume applied to the wrists and behind the ear.

Eucalyptus: Very fresh and cooling, thanks to which the oil relieves respiratory symptoms and congestion. The scent of eucalyptus is also known to brighten thoughts and relax and calm the mind. Thanks to its antiseptic properties, it effectively disinfects room air and can be used to freshen a home, summer cottage, car or boat. Eucalyptus essential oil also works excellently in bath and spa water, triggering muscle tension and moisturizing the body when first mixed with a neutral skin oil. Effective and versatile eucalyptus is a natural home freshener and room air purifier. You can create a cooling and disinfecting foot bath by adding 1 dl of Epsom salt and 3-5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil to a bowl filled with warm water. Let your feet relax there for 10-15 minutes.

Lemon: The fresh and mild citrus scent helps to cheer up everyday life, especially in the midst of chaos. Lemon oil is an antiseptic home freshener that can clean room air and disinfect wooden and metal surfaces. The antiseptic properties also help to treat and clean the skin and reduce the skin's excessive oil production when diluted in a base oil. Packed with vitamins and antioxidants, the essential oil is known to support circulation and the immune system, as well as aid in digestion and cleansing. In addition, the multi-purpose essential oil of lemon is suitable for aromatherapy, to fight congestion and colds, and to help with house cleaning. Lemon effectively removes dirt and oils. For skin care, add a drop of lemon oil to your facial cleanser to remove dead skin cells. Never use essential oils directly undiluted on the skin, as they are very strong.
