Shipping policy

Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis. Processing time is generally 2-3 working days. We will inform you of any exceptions on the front page of the online shop. All products are located in Kaarnavilla's warehouse and are delivered in the same package.

You can choose to have your products delivered to the nearest pick-up point or picked up directly from Kaarnavilla's warehouse in Turku. Pick-up is free of charge. When you choose delivery, you will see the delivery fee before you send your order.
