Frequently asked questions about Kaarnavilla

 

Here you will find answers to the most common questions in online shopping.

  1. What payment methods do you use?
    Payment is made through Paytrail Oy's payment portal. You can choose from all the most common payment methods, such as MobilePay, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron , online bank payments from domestic banks, as well as OP Invoice, OP Tililuotto and Walley.

  2. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
     Orders are processed in order of arrival and the processing time is approx. 2-3 days, after which the order is sent. Exceptions are announced separately on the front page of the online store.

  3. What delivery methods are available?
     You can choose delivery as Post package or pickup from the Turku store. We send all orders through Posti Group Oyj. Delivery costs are a maximum of 6.90 euros. Pickup from the Turku store is free.

  4. How are the products packed?
     We care about the environment and we want to do our part as an online store to minimize the burden on the environment. For this reason, we use recycled and surplus materials for packaging. Along with the environment, we make sure that customers receive their orders carefully and beautifully packaged.


    Although environmentally friendly alternatives are used as materials, the packages are still beautiful.

  5. Will I receive all the products I ordered in one package?
     Yes, all products are sent in the same package from the Turku warehouse.

  6. Can I cancel my order?
     Yes. If you want to cancel an order that has not yet been sent, please contact us by email at info@kaarnavilla.fi .

  7. Can I return the product I ordered?
     Yes you can. All orders have a 14-day right of return. Products to be returned must be in their original packaging and in salable condition. The return is at the expense of delivery costs (6.90 e). If you want to complain or return the product, contact us by email (info@kaarnavilla.fi )
