Rent a space for your use in Kaarnavilla
Kaarnavilla's facilities are also rented out for other uses - for example, Kaarnavilla's WorkshopRoom is an atmospheric and cozy space that is perfect for meetings, workshops, and small parties! The large table comfortably seats 12 people, and the space is separated from the store by a stylish glass wall, which adds space but maintains privacy.
The space has everything you need for a smooth event:

You can book the space for your own use or combine it with an experiential workshop either through Kaarnavilla or our partners. WorkshopRoom has already worked on many successful events – from baby showers and Christmas parties to meetings and creative workshops.
Pricing
For private events, our space rental is usually €50 / h or €220 / 6 h (incl. VAT) . However, the price is affected by the nature of the event, i.e. whether there are creative workshops organized by us in the space at the same time, whether alcohol is served at the event (in which case staff members will be present throughout the rental period), or whether the space is rented, for example, on weekends or in the evenings.
Sometimes there is also a need for just a WorkshopRoom during the day without shared facilities - in that case the space rent is slightly cheaper if our store can be open at the same time.
The lobby at the front of our store can also be rented for smaller needs, such as color analysis, hair styling or makeup. The rental price is also lower in this case.
