Cute Kaurakamu-Pillows for the smallest of the family or why not the bigger ones for many uses!

Kaurakamu is suitable for e.g. warm to relax and ease aches or cold to treat small bruises and relieve swelling. Oat grains bind heat/cold for a long time and the low weight deepens the effect of heat/cold.

Instructions for use/care:

1. Remove the cover before heating.
2. Heat the oat pillow for about 30 s - 1 min. At the same time, put half a cup of water in the microwave to give the grains moisture. The moisture prevents the oats from drying out too much.
3. Always test, e.g. on the back of your hand, that the pillow is not too tight
   hot.
4. To use the oat pillow cool, store the oat pillow in the freezer.
   
5. The cover can be machine washed at 40 degrees
