Manual:

1. Before the conditioner, wash your hair with a biodegradable shampoo from the same series.
2. Apply conditioner to towel-dried hair
3. Let it work for a moment. If you want to increase blood circulation in the head, gently massage the scalp while the conditioner is working.
4. Finally, rinse.
